With this video we will show you the vast and fascinating territory of the North of Chile, beginning with the driest desert of the world, the Atacama Desert, once the birth place of ancient cultures and now a great mineral reserve. It has untouched valleys, cosmopolitan citites and every day towns. This documentary ends with the Norte Chico and the cities of La Serena and Coquimbo, as well as Tongoy and the valley of La Ligua.

En este video hacemos una resena del vasto y fascinante territorio del Norte de Chile, que comienza con el desierto mas seco del mundo: El Desierto de Atacama. Esta region, caracteristica por su gran reserva de minerales, con sus pintorescas aldeas enclavadas en los valles cordilleranos, sus capitales cosmopolitas y pueblos autoctonos maravillan al visitante. Sus museos, que guardan el patrimonio de culturas milenarias, sus Parques Nacionales y sus espectaculares playas acogen al turista. Las ciudades de La Serena y Coquimbo, Tongoy y El Valle de La Ligua constituyen el "Norte Chico", en donde los vinedos se funden con la magia del Valle de Elqui.
